Fees + Services
Delivery costs a standard fee of $77 + $22 (GST inclusive) for each additional item.
We deliver Monday to Friday and we can deliver to inner-city and Northside suburbs on Saturdays. Our delivery team will call you to indicate an approximate time then a courtesy call 30 mins before we leave to deliver you item.
We strive to deliver within 24 to 48 hours from the time we receive your order however this is not always possible at peak times when demand is high such as the Christmas period).
Collection is FREE when you rent for 6 months or longer.
Otherwise, collection is $77 for all short-term rentals + $22 for each extra item. This fee helps cover the cost of sanitation.
